Tree recycling
Real or imitation
You are invited to return your tree to the farm you purchased it from, free of charge, so we can mulch it back onto the field where it grew. A bin is also provided for returning any baling mesh. The gates at both farms are open, 24/7, until the end of January. No non-christmas tree green waste please.
We are also accepting imitation trees for recycling this year, preferably assembled, as we are working with local artist Sophie Joy Prendergast on a mid-winter art installation.
Non Mount Gabriel trees. If you didn't purchase your tree from us you are still welcome to bring it but please consider buying your tree from us next Christmas and also making a small donation, when you arrive, towards processing cost.
Commercial operators. If you are being paid to pickup and dispose of trees please do so at your own expense not ours. Anyone dumping big quantities of trees will be reported to us by our customers.
